The fish are waking up and starting to eat again. They have not eaten all during the cold weather. Now that the weather is warming up they have come up from the bottom waiting for us to feed them.
This was a heart shaped rock that we found on one of our walking paths.
If you click on this photo you will be able to see the fish in our farm pond better. They look like black spots in the smaller photo.
This is a snail that we found beside the walking trail and it looks like it is digging a hole for who knows what. May be to have young snails!!
This is a flying squirrel that has taken up residence in another of our Bluebird houses in our backyard. We already had one in the front yard. Perhaps it is an offspring of the ones in the front yard.

Yes, I can see the fish and they look like bass. Is that correct?
Love the photos. You can certainly tell spring is just around the corner.
Our fish are awake now, too! I posted a couple photos today. I am so happy - we were completely frozen over a couple times this year!
