This dove got tired of eating sunflower seeds and decided to take a break on top of the bird feeder. Doves do not eat off of the feeder, but eat off of the ground. When I fill the feeder I put a certain amount on the ground for the doves. There have been as many as eight or nine feeding at the same time. Wednesday, March 26, 2008

This dove got tired of eating sunflower seeds and decided to take a break on top of the bird feeder. Doves do not eat off of the feeder, but eat off of the ground. I look in rather regularly too, Earl. I kinda stroll through the pictures over a cup of coffee, when I'm taking my morning break. I agree with Sue's earlier comment about the powwow picture. It's my desktop here at work ... Keep up the good postings, so I'll have something interesting to do during my coffee breaks
