Bubba has not been feeling well lately, he had to go to the vet. He is much better now and takes his meds twice a day for one more week. He is playing with Baby Sister and feels much better. He likes to lay in the window and soak up the sunshine.

These were my little helpers as I was recovering from my knee replacement. I am really well now and wished I had not taken almost two years to decide to do this replacement. Free Advice to all, if you have knee problems that have become painful and hard to walk, don't do like I did and wait so long.
I also like clouds they give a sense of peace and tranquility.
Just a few photos of the teams from Melborne Australia playing at J.F. Webb High School. They are in the Yellow and Blue uniforms. The kids were very nice and polite.
These are a few of the photos that I took at breakfast at the cafe this morning. There were a lot of witches and mean looking characters. Everyone seemed to be having a real good time in their costumes.
These are some of the photos I took at the festival at the Aycock Center last night. There were a lot of cut and scary costumes at this event. There was a large turnout and everyone seemed to be having a good time. All Photos on this site are copyrighted.
My name is Earl King and I live in a small town in the northern piedmont of North Carolina. I have been happily married for over forty years. We are located almost equal distance from Kerr Lake and Gaston Lake. Over the past twenty five or so years the area has had many people move into the area building nice homes on the lakes. We are basically an agricultural community, but fast becoming an antique center with many shops in our little town. I have lived here almost all of my life except for a short period when I helped build bridges in the Washington, D.C. area and a short period in the military. After finishing a thirty year career with the N.C. Department of Correction, rising through the ranks from a correctional officer to the rank of Superintendent III overseeing a staff of one hundred and fifty and four hundred medium custody inmates. I retired to enjoy my senior years, which I do each day the "Good Lord" gives me. I have always loved photography and assist local and state law enforcement photographing wrecks and crime scenes. I also work freelance for a local newspaper photographing sports events and other special events.
